Ashleigh has really gotten into looking in mirrors the past couple of weeks! This is a normal part of baby development, we know, but it's just so darned cute!!! She's had the mirror she's looking at in the photo for a very long time, but was always just interested on chewing on various parts of it.
The first time she noticed her reflection in the little mirror on the toy in the foreground, it was priceless. You could tell that she was trying to figure out who that baby was and why the baby wouldn't come out and play!
She is catching on now, though. When the mirror is standing up in front of her and I come up behind her and she sees me in the mirror, she reaches up and touches my face-all the while looking at us in the mirror.
This is from Sunday. Kenneth and I had so much fun just playing with her!
